Mission Statement

To provide rehabilitation medicine services focusing on the whole person to meet the needs of those in the community who have experienced disabling injury or illness.

To include patient and family in planning the goal oriented interdisiplinary program; to provide a nurturing climate for the personal and professional growth of staff; to maintain financial viability.
