Hold driver or club behind shoulders keeping your head & neck straight.
Hold driver or club behind shoulders keeping your head & neck straight.

Turn shoulders & trunk to right feeling comfortable stretch.
Turn shoulders & trunk to right feeling comfortable stretch.

Repeat stretch to left side.
Repeat stretch to left side.

 


Hold for 5 seconds repeat stretch 5 - 10 times on each side.
