Trunk Stretch #1

Hold Club with arms straight overhead with head & neck straight.
Hold Club with arms straight overhead with head & neck straight.

Slowly bend your trunk to right side to feel a comfortable stretch. Hold for 5 seconds.
Slowly bend your trunk to right side to feel a comfortable stretch. Hold for 5 seconds.

Repeat stretch to left side. Repeat stretch 3 times on each side.
Repeat stretch to left side. Repeat stretch 3 times on each side.
