Leg and Back Stretch


Prop your leg on to bench or chair


Lean forward until you feel a gentle stretch in the back of your leg

 


Prop your leg on to bench or chair. Sit up tall and hold your spine in a straight line. Keeping your toes pointing upwards, lean forward until you feel a gentle stretch in the back of your leg. Hold stretch for 20 sec. Repeat 3x on each side.
