Back and Shoulder Stretch

Hold club horizontally in front of your body
Hold club horizontally in front of your body

Slowly rotate your upper body to the right
Slowly rotate your upper body to the right

Slowly rotate upper body to the left
Slowly rotate upper body to the left

 


Begin with your feet comfortably apart and knees slightly flexed. Hold club horizontally in front of your body. Slowly rotate your upper body to the right. You should feel a stretch in your upper back and left shoulder. Hold each stretch 20 sec. Repeat 5x. Slowly rotate upper body to the left. You should feel a stretch in your upper back and right shoulder. Hold stretch for 20 sec. Repeat 5x.
